my gl problem

umm i have redownloaded and installed ET and redownloaded my bots many a times i can get n7 working because it does not need a loader but when i click extract into et folder from the bot .rar folder the loader disapears and the dll file becomes an executable like et opens when u click on it
its still a dll file but it doesnt let the bot work i think so can anyone help i have tryed unclicking the little box that says use this program to run this type of file blah blah. its weird because its happend to all my dll's over all my computer and nother has effected it.. since you guys are the smart people ill let you handle it im fine palyin with n7 but id like to have some sort of competition with you guys not just a back seater.. im running windows vista idk what versian its the normal one from shop i havnt upgraded.. and i have 1 gb ram and a nvidia 6150se graphics card.. not sure if it helps but anyway

so heres my gl folder in et directory im not really sure if i'v done it correct but i then went into it and loaded it through the dll/exe ET file and it comes up missing essential files so i put them all into et folder and try load and n7 only loads and gl does not..







AND THEN from here i get iprokka for this one same sorta thing and put all the files into et folder

you say your dll's are trying to execute themselves?
Hmm thats interesting. Where exactly are you getting?
are you able to load the executable bot loader? when
does this happen?

If it is dissapear after you unpack it, it may just be
a case where your file extensions have been set not to
show, and the loader exe is hidden. Both are easily
solved problems.

There should be a folder options thing somewhere. I never
really did much with vista but I have a fair bit of experience
with XP. Find that and find "always hide known file extensions"
and uncheck that box. then "show hidden files and folders" and
check that box. Hopefully that may solve your problem. If you
can see the loader executable, right click on it and go to
properties, then advanced or something. There should be a box
that says something like "hidden", uncheck that box and run
the loader. it will ask you to point it to your dll and your
et.exe, then you should be good.

the dll can open et when i click on it like instead of being just a file it has the et icon and is a dll which also exes ET.. but i think tthats not the problem i just need the loader for gl and idk were it is :S
